Colby has been brewing beer for about four years now. We thought it would be a great way to save money without needing to buy keystone. And, while it has turned out to save us a little money, more than anything it becomes a lovely creation for you to sip on a hot day while saying, "I made this". Well, I didn't make it--but he can say that.
I came across this dude who has a pretty sweet setup. If Colby could have two things in the world (besides me and Hank), it would be his own brewery and a giant shop to build furniture. I think he would find this place perfect for at least one of those.
